运动过程中骨骼肌摄取葡萄糖的调节

摘    要:运动过程骨骼肌摄取葡萄糖的速率主要受到3个因素的影响:葡萄糖运送到肌细胞的速率、肌细胞膜对葡萄糖的转运速率以厦肌细胞内对葡萄糖的磷酸化。细胞膜对葡萄糖的转运相对于葡萄糖的运输和磷酸化显得更为重要。运动时会出现肌细胞膜上GLUT4的转位并增加时葡萄糖的转运,但其机制并不是很清楚,很有可能是通过细胞内的一些分子信号传递,这些信号包括:CaMK,PKC,NO,AMPK,PKB和aPKC等。

Abstract:The velocity of muscle glucose uptake during exercise was affected by three factors, the rate of glucose delivering to celts,glucose transport into cells and glucose phosphorylated within the cells. Membrane glucose transport was more important than delivery and phosphorylation. GLUT-4 translocation at muscle membrane during exercise increased the transport of glucose, but mechanism was unclear. It was likely to occur through intracellular signaling involving CaMk,PKC,NO,AMPK,PKB and aPKC.
