| 摘 要： | 英语教学的最终目的是训练学生掌握用英语交际的能力.行之有效的教学就是教师和学生之间,以及学生自身之间的良好交流,英语教学的最佳效果源自于教师和学生之间的有效配合.因此,教师在课堂上作为一个组织者和引导者,与其在学生活动中作为一个参与者的角色同样重要.本文将着重分析教师在英语教学课堂上所应担当何种角色,以及如何应用实际的教学方法和措施来提高学生的交际能力.

| Abstract: | The goal of English teaching is to train the students to master communicative competence in English. The effective way is to communicate well between teachers and students as well as between students, while optimal result derives from effective cooperation between teachers and students. As a result, it is important that teachers should be organizers and guides as well as participants. The paper centers on analyzing the role teachers play in English teaching class and how to enhance students' communicative competence through practical teaching methods and measures. |
