| 摘 要： | 集体性知识的本质已经成为日渐繁盛的社会认识论研究的一个基本问题。文章对集体性知识的归因、性质以及实用主义的思考分别进行了分析。文章指出，尽管集体性知识的研究依然处于争论之中，但集体性知识研究开启了认识论研究的全新方向，特别是有关集体可以作为知识主体、集体可以具有知识甚至信念的思想，进一步丰富了认识论的研究内容，因而具有重要的认识意义和理论价值。
