| 摘 要： | 小麦粉漂白剂可使用的品种有多种,而国内以过氧化二苯甲酰的使用量较大。文章对以过氧化二苯甲酰为主要成分的BPO小麦粉漂白剂的漂白机理、生产原理、生产工艺及应用问题,从理论和实践两个方面作了全面的阐述。
