| 摘 要： | 成功的科学的体育管理,源于实践。有效的体育管理,是一项非常细致、复杂的工作,需要管理者有高度的责任心。管理工作主要体现在日常工作上,需要得到全体教职员工的关心、支持。管理工作不是短期行为,而是在一系列的观察、了解、探索、分析、推理、论证的基础上,以＂令人满意＂为管理原则,实现管理的＂公开、公平、公正＂,为教师创造一个和谐的工作环境,使得体育课程建设在健康的轨道上有序进行。

| Abstract: | Successful and scientific sports management comes from practice.Effective sports management is a delicate and complex work,which needs strong sense of responsibility.Management is mainly reflected in daily work.It needs all faculties’support.Management is not a short-term behavior,but based on a great deal of work of observation,realization,exploration,analysis,reasoning,and based upon the manage principles of satisfaction,to achieve the management "open,fair and just",create a harmonious working environment for teachers,makes P.E.course construction in a healthy and orderly way. |
