| 摘 要： | 军事工程教育创新人才培养应突出理论应用、军事实践和岗位特色。当前我国军事工程教育创新人才培养存在战学研结合不紧密、个性化教育不足、学员实践能力欠缺等问题,提高军事工程教育创新人才培养质量必须树立工程教育新理念、构建适应创新人才培养的教学体系、加大开放办学的力度、建立刚柔相济的教学管理机制、创建多层次的学员创新实践平台。

| Abstract: | The innovative personnel training in military engineering education should focus on the application of theory,military practice and job characteristics.Currently,some problems exist in our innovative personnel training in military engineering education,such as lack of integration of combat capacity,study and research,the deficiency of personalized education,and the lack of the cadets’ practical ability.To improve the quality of the innovative personnel training in military engineering education,a new concept of engineering education,and the teaching system suitable to the innovative personnel training must be established.The efforts to open education should be strengthened.The teaching management mechanism combining firmness and flexibility should be built,and a multi-level practice platform of innovation for the cadets should be set up. |
