摘    要:幼儿教育中的师资培训成为决定教育质量的关键因素。"教学做合一"的幼儿教师领雁工程的培训模式具有明确的方向性、适宜的学理性、较强的操作性、深刻的体验性、灵活的迁移性。为了进一步提升幼儿教师领雁工程的培训质量,需要不断提升培训者的综合素养,按照相应的规定选拔有资质的参训者。

Abstract:Teacher training is very crucial to the quality of preschool education.Combined with the integration of instruction learning and doing,a new training model of "expert preschool teachers’ training" has the characteristics of clear guidance,theoretical support,powerful operability,profound experience and flexible transferability.For the further improvement of its quality,we must constantly improve trainers’ qualities and choose qualified trainees according to corresponding regulations.
