| 摘 要： | 随着全球化竞争的挑战,以及信息技术、电子商务的快速发展,集成创新已经成为企业提高核心竞争力和保持持续竞争优势的关键。企业集成创新在于创新的持续融合,通过并行的方法,在横向、纵向乃至把企业和产品生命周期各个组成部分的创新主体、创新要素、创新能力、创新实践、创新流程和竞争力集成起来,充分利用团队协作,形成开放、交互的创新系统和持续的核心竞争力。集成创新具有持续性、集成性、系统性和结构化的特征,能够为企业提供长期的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Along with the challenge of globalization and the rapid development of information technology and e-business, integrated innovation has been becoming the key to core competence improvement and continuous advantage maintenance for enterprises. The integrated innovation focuses on the innovation concretizing through concurrent method, integrates the agents, factors, resources, capabilities, practices, processes and competitiveness of innovation on horizontal and vertical and life cycle, forms an open and interactive innovation system by teamwork going for core competence. The integrated innovation that takes on the character of continuation, integrated, systematic, and structured, can provide long-term competitive advantage for enterprises. |
