| 摘 要： | 国家计划内学历教育是电大三大教育的组成部分之一,其中的统招专科和专升本教育是电大高等教育的重要组成部分。高等教育大众化以来,统招专科、专升本教育以及中等专业水平学历教育招生和在校生规模都有所下降,但变化不均衡,统招专科的学科专业学生数分布一直极不均衡。鉴于大众化阶段对高等教育多元化发展的要求,我国电大计划内学历教育需要作出必要的调整。

| Abstract: | In Radio and TV University curricula education planned by government is a component part of three major education in which associate-enrolled specialty and upgrading from college to university（UJCU） are two important ones.Since the higher education popularized,declination exists in the scale of recruit students and enrolled undergraduate students of associate-enrolled specialty,UJCU and secondary specialty,but still maintains unbalanced changes,especially the number of associate-enrolled specialty students keeps an unbalance distribution.Some adjustments should be made in curricula education planned by government in Radio and TV University to meet the manifold requirement for the higher education in the mass stage. |
