| 摘 要： | 由于"一球两制"将长期存在,而现实中的社会主义生产力比较低,和发达资本主义相比,差距还比较大,这就需要重视利用资本主义来加快社会主义的发展。借鉴和利用资本主义是符合马克思列宁主义的指导;符合当今社会主义发展的现实需要;符合人类社会发展的进程。因为凡是有利于生产力发展的一切机制、手段、方式、方法都是正确的,只要有利于生产力的发展就有利于社会的发展,有利于人民生活的提高,有利于推进人类社会的发展进程。因此,应该进一步理直气壮地学习、借鉴和利用资本主义,加速社会主义经济的发展。

| Abstract: | Because of the long-term existence of the two systems in one world, and the reality that the productivity in socialist nations is far lower than that in capitalist nations,it is very great important to accelerate the development of socialism with some capitalist factors.Using capitalism accords with the guidance of Marxism-Lininism,the realistic needs of current socialist development and the process of humankind society's development.The mechanisms,and methods that are helpful for the productivity development can be utilized,and will be helpful for the development of society and raising people's living standard and developing process of humankind society.So we should justly and forcefully study, refer to and use the capitalism to accelerate socialist economic development with full confidence. |
