| 摘 要： | 面对高等体育院校毕业生就业困难的严峻形势,从分析体育院校毕业生就业的现状出发,找出影响体育院校毕业生就业的制约因素,提出了建立与创新体育专业毕业生就业制度,突破毕业生就业的制约因素,并进一步提出了促进体育院校毕业生就业的路径选择.

| Abstract: | Confronted with the severe employment situation PE graduates,the paper,based on the analysis of the present employment situation and the restriction factors of their employment,suggests establishing and innovating the employment system for PE graduates so as to break through the restricting factors of employment.It further suggests route selections to promote PE graduates' employment. |
