从跨栏步的起跨距离谈11Om跨栏跑的后程减速

摘    要:通过文献资料研究法,图表法。研究不同的运动员在110m栏跑的后程都存在着不同程度的减速,每一栏的起跨距离均不相同,不同的起跨距离有着不同的跨栏步速度,从而导致110m栏的后程减速。研究中采取了稳定起跨距离,加强屈膝高摆,能够有效地克服110m栏的后程减速,完善男子110m栏技术,提高运动成绩。

Abstract:This research mainly adopts the methods of documentation research and Charts. The research demonstrates that different athletes have different decelerations in the later part of 110-meter hurdle race as the result of different distances of their start-hurdle. Different distances for starting to hurdle produce different hurdling speed, which leads to the deceleration in the later part of 110-meter hurdle race. The research proves that, by stabilizing the distances for starting to hurdle, bending their knees and swinging their legs higher, the deceleration in the later part of 110-meter hurdle race can be remedied.
