| 摘 要： | 近年来我国农业科研投资虽有了一定的增长,但与国际比,仍处于较低的水平,这与我国农业发展要求很不适应.分析了我国近几年农业科研投入现状和增加农业科研投入的意义,指出大力增加我国农业科研投入,推进农业科技进步与创新,是从根本上解决我国的目前存在的“三农”问题,实现农业和农村经济跨越式发展和整个社会经济可持续发展的关键.

| Abstract: | Internationlly speaking,the investment in agricultural science and technology in china,despite an increase in recent years,is still insufficient.The status quo of the investment in agricultural science and technology and the meaning of increasing investment was analyzed in recent years in the article,and draw a conclusion that the problem of agriculture,problem of countryside and problem of farms resolved and agricultural economy development must increase the investment in agricultural scientific and technology. |
