| 摘 要： | 青年教师专业发展是地方本科院校师资队伍建设的重要工作。从地方本科院校的实际出发，针对目前青年教师专业发展中面临的诸多问题，提出通过严格教师准入制度、提供专业发展机会、激发自主发展意识、优化学校环境，提升地方本科院校青年教师专业发展水平。

| Abstract: | The junior faculty professional development is an important work in the construction of the teacher team in local undergraduate institutions. From the reality of local undergraduate institutions, aiming at the problems existed at present, it proposes that the junior faculty professional development in local undergraduate institutions should be improved through strict access system of teacher, provided professional development opportunities, inspired the consciousness of independent development, and opti- mized the environment of the organization. |
