| 摘 要： | 石牌制度是中国少数民族习惯法之一，主要存在于广西境内的瑶族，尤其以大瑶山石牌制度为代表。从解决民事纠纷的非诉讼程序角度上看，我们把石牌作为解决民事纠纷的实体法与诉讼法的一种结合体。同时，石牌制度也是瑶族民间的非诉讼纠纷解决机制。

| Abstract: | Shipai System,which is taken as a customary law in Yao Family in China.It is found in the territory of the Yao Family in Guangxi Autonomic Region,especially in Dayaoshan Region.From the view of ADR,we can take the Shipai System as a combination of the substantive law and procedural law.The Shipai System can be seen as a civil ADR of Yao Family. |
