| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者后组鼻窦及开口处(后组筛窦及蝶窦)感染的细菌分布。方法:选择230例慢性鼻窦炎患者,行功能性鼻内窥镜手术采集后组鼻窦及开口处(后组筛窦及蝶窦)脓液标本,作细菌培养及药敏试验。结果:在230份脓液标本中,蝶窦和筛窦标本的细菌培养阳性率:蝶窦为29.1%(67/230),筛窦为68.3%(157/230)。需氧菌检出率:蝶窦为20.4%(47/230),筛窦为61.7%(142/230),厌氧菌检出率:蝶窦为12.6%(29/230),筛窦为11.3%(26/230)。检出的病菌类别两个部位无显著差异。结论:慢性鼻窦炎患者后组鼻窦及开口处(后组筛窦及蝶窦)感染的细菌主要是革兰阳性球菌,其中表皮葡萄球菌占首位,蝶窦的细菌培养阳性率低于筛窦,其厌氧菌感染率较高。

| Abstract: | To investigate the bacteria distributions of posterior paranasal sinus in the patients of chronic sinusitis.Two hundred and thirty liquor puris samples of patients with chronic sinusitis were obtained in posterior paranasal sinus and its opening,and induced by nasal endoscope.Bacterial culture and antimicrobial agent sensitivity test were applied to these samples.Of 230 liquor puris samples,bacteria were found in 67 patients(29.1%) in the sphenoidal sinus and 157 patients(68.3%) in the ethmoidal sinus respectively.Aerobic bacteria were found in 47 cases(20.4%) in the sphenoidal sinus,and in 142 cases(61.7%) in the ethmoidal sinus,while,anaerobic bacteria were found in 29 cases(12.6%) in the sphenoidal sinus,and in 26 cases(11.3%) in the ethmoidal sinus,hwoever,the type of bacteria found in this two areas was no significance difference.The results suggest that Gram positive bacteria is a main kind of pathogen of chronic sinusitis,and mostly is Staphylococcus epidermidis.The bacteria positive rate of the sphenoidal sinus is lower than that of the ethmoidal sinus in the patients with chronic sinusitis,and the anaerobic bacteria holds the major kind of bacteria. |
