| 摘 要： | 政府和公民之间的信息不对称是腐败的主要原因。政府信息公开从根本上改变了政府和公民之间信息不对称的状况，让权力在阳光下运行，对于预防和治理腐败具有十分重要的意义。本文通过廉政建设的视角，分析了政府信息公开制度和廉政建设之间的关系，阐述了如何完善政府信息公开制度，以推动廉政建设健康发展。
