| 摘 要： | 在阐述档案信息化建设的真正涵义的基础上，分析了目前档案信息化建设中存在缺乏统一标准和规范、缺乏有力的宏观调控以及信息化建设的人才基础等问题，针对这些问题，提出了必须制定规划，加强组织协调，加强档案信息标准规范化建设和高素质人才的培养，从而加强档案信息化建设。
