| 摘 要： | 高校制定战略规划、推进战略管理,是应对内外部环境的变化,使其融入全球教育市场和参与国际竞争,提高可持续发展能力的必然性选择。高校在推行战略管理的过程中,应根据自身的特点,将战略规划、战略实施和战略评价等环节有机地结合起来,特别要重视战略实施。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the effect of humanistic quality education in higher institutions and proposes that students'humanistic quality should be cultivated by strengthening the humanistic discipline construction,the disciplines penetration,the team construction and the campus culture construction,and perfecting the assessment system. |
