高职院校思想政治教育工作中挫折理论的运用

摘    要:我国在进行工业化和信息化过程中,高职院校承担着培养大批生产、建设、管理一线的应用型技能型人才的重任。由于高职教育的职业性、应用型特征,高职在校生不可避免地具有意志薄弱,抗挫能力不强等特点。挫折理论正视人的挫折,并采取积极的建设性的方式将之转化为奋进,对于提升大学生心理健康水平、加强高职素质教育具有重要意义。挫折理论在高职思想政治教育运用的实现形式就是对大学生进行挫折教育。

Abstract:During the process of industrialization and information in China,vocational colleges bear the heavy responsibility of training a large number of skilled personnel in production,construction,management.Because of characteristics about career,application in vocational colleges,vocational students will inevitably have weak anti-frustration.Frustration theory takes positive and constructive way to help college students overcome frustration.It will be helpful to their mental health,vocational quality.In the ideological and political education of vocational colleges,frustration theory will be used to strengthen frustration education.
