| 摘 要： | 怎么样才能培养出满足行业企业需求的高技能人才,实施"项目群"教学正是解决这一课题的有效载体。把行业企业高技能人才必备的知识、能力、素质等要素整合构建为相应的项目群,按"项目群"进行课程结构重组、教学内容重组、技能实训重组,达到有效培养行业企业高技能人才的目标。

| Abstract: | How can the high-skilled talents be well trained to meet the hot demand of industries and enterprises?Implimentation of project clusters teaching modes is the very effective carrier to resolve the issue.The article integrates the high-skilled talents' necessary knowledge,competence and quality to construct corresponding project clus- ters,and reorganizes the curriculum,teaching content and practical skills so as to achieve the goal of effectively developing high-skilled talents for industries and enter- prises. |
