流动注射微型电化学发光池的研制及性能研究

摘    要:报道了一种自行设计和研制的新型流动注射电化学发光(EcL)池,并对该流动注射电化学发光池的结构和性能进行了优化,在发光试剂鲁米诺浓度5×10^-10mol/L-5×10^-8mol/L范围内,检测池ECL强度随浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,检测下限可达10^-10mol/L.该器件可用于H2O2的流动注射检测,测定线性范围为1×10^-4至5×10^-3mol/L,相关系数为0.9993,检测下限为5×10^-5mol/L.考察该器件在评估葡萄(美国进口红提)籽核和肉质的抗氧化性能方面的应用,经换算得出它们的抗氧化性能;红提籽为121mg H2O2/g,红提肉为5.1mg H2O2/g.即红提籽的抗氧化能力明显强于红提肉.在实际样品测定中,该流动注射电化学发光池具有较好的重现性,它结合了电化学发光的高灵敏度和流动注射的实用性,操作方便.

Abstract:In this paper, a novel miniaturized electrochemiluminescent (μ-ECL) cell used for flow injection analysis was designed and fabricated. Main effective factors on the cell performance were optimized. The ECL intensity of luminol in this cell increased linearly with the concentration in the range of 5×10^-10 to 5×10^-8mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998 and the detection limit of 1×10^-10mol/L. Furthermore, a detection limit of 5×10^-5mol/L was achieved for H2O2 flow injection analysis, and the linear range is from 1×10^-4 to 5×10^-3mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9993. Based on this foundation, the application of the cell to real samples was studied on anti-oxygen ability evaluation of fruits. The results indicate that, it is clear that the anti-oxygen ability of red grape seed was stronger than the flesh, for 121 and 5.1mgH2O/g respectively. The cell has good reproducibility in real sample determination. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, the practicability of flow injection analysis and simple and fast operation.
