| Abstract: | Through multiple studies of the structure of users and information requirements in academic libraries, the paper tries to reveal the major contradictions in the consultation work and puts forward some demands upon integration of the excellent resources according to the different levels of information inquired by the users.The author holds that the modes of consultation service should be innovated and multiple-level overlapping con- sultation service system should be set up. |
