摘    要:研讨会课程几乎成为日本所有大学必设的课程,有的学校直接把它叫做培养学生的"研讨会制度"。如今它已经演化成日本高校的一种特色教育。研讨会课程以培养和提高学生在国际视野下的系统学习能力和综合能力为主要任务,并能使学生在学习生活中有强烈的归属感。这种制度的长期坚持,帮助日本高校形成一种专业优势,全面提高了学生的能力,使得师生之间的关系更加融洽、紧密。这种研讨会课程对我国大学精英教育有着积极的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Seminar course is becoming an essential course in most Japan's universities and some universities called it directly as "seminar system" for students' training,which now evolves as a featured education in Japan's universities.The main task of seminar course is to train and improve students' systematic learning and comprehensive capabilities with a view of internationalization,and it would let students have a strong sense of belonging during their college study and life.Long-period insistence on this seminar system would help Japan's universities to form professional advantages,improve the students' capabilities comprehensively,and enhance harmonious relationship between students and teachers.Therefore,this seminar course would have a positive significance for China's universities' elite education.
