| 摘 要： | 在师范学校开展心理健康教育具有双重意义，不仅有利于一代师表的培养，而且更有利于未来一代甚至几代人的培养。结合自己的教育教学实践从开展心理健康教育，宣传和普及心理健康知识，针对热点问题开展心理讲座及开展心理咨询服务等方面对师范学校开展心理健康教育的方法作了概括和总结。

| Abstract: | The significance is doubled to carry out psychological health eduation in teachers colleges, which is helpful in not only the cultivation of teachers of exemplary virtue, but also the cultivation of one or even several generations in the future, This paper, combining teaching practice, gives some guide and summarization on how to permeate psychological health education among various courses. |
