| 摘 要： | 2008年北京奥运会北岛康介再度成功卫冕100米、200米蛙泳,着重从三方面分析其成功原因:(1)北岛身边的科研团队提供的综合支持;(2)指导北岛13年的平井伯昌教练的特点;(3)北岛自身拥有的特质.以此为例展示日本从21世纪起应用科研力量支持竞技游泳的发展趋势和新的科学训练方法与理念,拟为我国下阶段训练游泳运动员提供借鉴和参考.
