| 摘 要： | 教育的重要性不言而喻。古今中外之国家不重视教育者实是少之又少,即使是动荡不安的民国时期亦不例外,民国时期各政府以法律、法规等多层面、多形式维护和促进中国教育之发展,便是最好的例证。中华之崛起,根本在文化,实践靠教育。如何从法学的角度分析解读教育值得学界深入探讨。

| Abstract: | As we know,the importance of education is very great.No matter in the past or the present,every country has paid great attention to it.Even in the unrest Republic China which also took it seriously,for example,lots of laws,rules and legal essays were made to defend and progress China's education.On the basis of civilization,the rise of China lies in the education.Consequently,how to analyse the education in view of the law is worthwhile our works.Hopefully,through explaining and comparing,a further study on the right of access to education could be made.The study is based on all kinds of Republic China's legal documents like the constitution drawn by the private,the provincial constitution and the national constitution. |
