| 摘 要： | 科学管理固定资产、充分发挥资产效益,对促进高校事业发展具有重要意义。分析高校固定资产管理中存在的问题;提出在管理中推行"六率"考核的作用和意义。利用"六率"对资产管理进行考核,是提高资产管理水平、优化资源配置的重要途径,是强化资产管理的重要突破口。

| Abstract: | The scientific management of fixed assets, fully exerting the assets profits plays an important significance in promoting the college career development. The author analyzes the problems existed in the fixed assets management, puts forward the role and significance of the implementation of the ＂six rate＂ assessment in the management. Using the ＂six rate＂ of the asset management to make assessement is an important way to improve asset management level and to optimize resource allocation, also an important breakthrough to strengthen asset management. |
