| 摘 要： | ＂成人学习圈＂是瑞典成人教育的主要形式,也是欧洲成人教育的成功典范之一。瑞典通过＂成人学习圈＂极大地提高了广大劳动者的科学文化素质。瑞典能够从一个欧洲最贫穷落后的国家发展成为世界上最发达、最先进、最稳定的国家之一,＂成人学习圈＂在其中起了极其重要的作用。我国农村成人弱势群体教育是新农村建设进程中面临的严峻问题,瑞典＂成人学习圈＂的成功经验值得我们借鉴。

| Abstract: | Adult learning circle is the main type of adult education in Sweden which is also one of the successful examples of adult education in Europe.Sweden has greatly improved the scientific and cultural quality of the laborers by means of adult learning circle.Adult learning circle has contributed a lot to promoting Sweden to develop become one of the most developed,most advanced and most stable countries from the poorest and most undeveloped country in Europe.Since the issue of rural disadvantaged group＇s education in China is a severe problem in the process of new countryside construction,the successful experience of adult learning circle is worthy for us as reference. |
