| 摘 要： | 健美操是一项新兴的体育运动项目。由于历史发展的原因,世界上存在着许多个健美操国际组织。均拥有自己独立的竞赛规则,而我国的健美操竞赛规则又不同于任何一种国际规则。这种情况增加了健美操技术发展的复杂性,也为我国运动员参加世界性比赛增加了一定的困难。本文通过对三种主要国际健美操竞赛规则和国内健美操竞赛规则的综合性对比分析,认为目前竞技健美操处于初期的多元化发展阶段,其国际发展趋势为:在注重创新和编排艺术性的基础上,难度动作数量将有所限制,但难度水平和动作质量将不断提高,动作和音乐的类型将更加多样化,并有可能取消规定动作。我国应根据国际健美操发展趋势和我国的实际情况制定规则和特定要求,并从远长考虑,应更倾向于FIG规则。

| Abstract: | Sports aerobics is a new event. For historical reasons, there are several international aerobics federations in the world with different regulations and in China we also have our own re-qulations. This situation has increased the complexity of technical development and difficulties of our gymnasts in participating world competitions.This research, through a comprehensive analysis on the three main kinds of international regulations and our regulations, shows that sports aerobics is in an initial. pluralistic stage currently. Its international development shows that the number of difficulties will be limited on the basis of laying stress on creativity and artistic quality of composition, but the level of difficulties and the quality of execution will be raised continuously: The types of element and music will be more various; Futher more, deleting the compusory movements will be possible.We should formulate our competitive regulations and special rules according to the international trend and our actual situation. In the long run, we should inclined to FIG regulation. |
