钯负载树脂催化剂催化聚酮的合成研究

摘    要:钯负载于苯乙烯型离子交换树脂制备出负载催化剂 ,催化一氧化碳和苯乙烯的共聚合 ,考察其催化活性及使用寿命 .利用树脂的离子交换特性研究聚合体系中废液钯催化剂的重复利用 .结果表明 ,负载钯催化剂具有一定的催化活性和重复使用性 .树脂 D-72能很好离子交换聚合体系废液中的 Pd2 、Cu2 等组分 ,其重复利用催化活性可达 473 .93 g/(g· h)

Abstract:The loaded catalyst was prepared by loading Pd2+ on the ion exchange resin of polyst yrene and used in the copolymerization of carbon monoxide (CO) with styrene (ST) .The catalytic activity and usable life of the loaded catalyst were investigated .Additionally the reuse of the waste Pd2+ in the copolymerization was st udied by using the ionexchange resin.The results show that the Pd2+ loaded catalyst has some catalytic activity and reusability.The ion exchange re sin D-72 can adsorb Pd2+,Cu2+,etc,in the waste of the copolymerization.The catalytic activity of the reused catalyst can reach 473.93 g/(g Pd*h).
