| 摘 要： | 政治合法性是政治认同的产物，而信息传播是政治认同产生的必要条件。信息传播是否带来政治认同，主要取决于信息的性质和流量与信息传播的环境。改革开放以来，我国有关农民的信息传播中存在政策传播截流、负面信息封锁、利益需求信息传播受阻、大众传媒信息沟通低效、不良信息传播等障碍，对农民的政治认同造成了负面影响。在社会主义新农村建设中，通过缩小城乡“知识淘”、培育和引导农村意见领袖、增加政府信息透明度和畅通信息反馈渠道、充分发挥大众传媒的积极功能，构建良好的信息传播机制，能够有效地增强农民的政治认同。

| Abstract: | Political legitimacy is the outcome of political identity,while information communication is the imperative condition.Whether information communication really brings political identity is mainly up to the quality and quantity of information.Since China's reformation and opening-up to the outside world,there are some obstacles in information communication abouts peasants such as break in information flow,blockade in negative information communication,impediment to interest demand information,inefficiency of mass communication and bad information communication,which affect negatively peasant political identity.In socialist new rural reconstruction,we must build up a good information communication system that can improve peasant political identity through narrowing the knowledge gap between urban and rural area,fostering and guiding rural opinion leader,enhancing information transparency and unblocking information feedback,giving active play to mass communication. |
