| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新的胃镜技术应用于Dieulafoy病的诊治价值。方法:总结166例Dieulafoy病的诊治经过并通过文献分析。结果:166例患者经胃镜确诊,并在胃镜监测下喷洒止血药及使用镍钛合金钛钳钳夹止血成功。结论:胃镜是诊断Dieulafoy病的主要手段,而内镜监测下喷洒止血药,联合镍钛合金钛钳钳夹止血是行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of Dieulafoy disease.Methods:To summary the process of treatment and diagnosis of 166 cases Dieulafoy disease and refer to the clinic data before.Results:These cases diagnosed by the eddoscopy and hemostasis by sprinkling NE,Etamsylate and clamp with the help of endoscopy. Conclusion:Emergency endoscopic examination is the best way to diagnose Dieulafoy disease.Sprinfkling NE,Etamsylate and clamping with the help of endoscopy is an efficient method. |
