| 摘 要： | 在高校干部工作中扩大民主 ,是高校干部人事制度改革的必然要求。扩大干部工作中的民主 ,需要强化民主的观念 ,创新扩大民主的方法 ,建立相应的制度保障。同时 ,扩大民主 ,应坚持校党委的领导 ,正确处理好高校干部工作民主化进程中的几对关系 ,把扩大民主落到实处。

| Abstract: | Extending democracy in cadre work is an inevitability in the reform on cadre personnel system at college level. This requires strengthening the idea of democracy, bringing forth new approaches and establishing corresponding guarantee system. Meanwhile, we should adhere to the guidance of the Party Committee to achieve a harmonious relation in the process of democratization of cadre work so as to put it into effect. |
