| 摘 要： | 利益平衡是信息资源共享得以顺利进行的基础，利益平衡处理也一直是信息资源共享中的核心问题。文章在分析信息资源共享的合理性及其利益冲突实质的基础上，将CC模式作为一种利益平衡机制用于信息资源共享进行了探讨。介绍了CC的产生发展情况、平衡功能体现以及应用现状，并重点对其在信息资源共享利益平衡中的实施进行了论证和展望。

| Abstract: | The successful operation of information resources sharing is based upon the interest balance, and finding a good interest balance mechanism is always the core issue of information resources sharing.This paper analyzed the rationality of information resources sharing and proposed the essential conflict of interest in the information resources sharing activity, then referred creative commons as an interest balance mechanism to apply to information resources sharing and solve the conflict problem.Article have introduced the creation and development of CC, its balance function and application examples,then demonstrated and forecasted its application in interest balance activity of information resources sharing. |
