| 摘 要： | 当前推行电子政务已成为世界各国政府行政管理体制改革的主要方向，而电子政务的发展水平在很大程度上取决于政府业务流程再造的水平。做好政府流程再造，必须树立正确的指导思想，坚持以公共需求为导向，以信息技术为支撑进行科学的设计，也必须与政府组织机构重组、体制、机制、审批制度改革紧密结合才能取得预期的效果，有效推进电子政务发展,加速服务型政府建设。

| Abstract: | Nowadays e-government has been the main reform point of administrative control system of national government. The development of e-government depends on a high degree of reconstruction of government work flow. Therefore, we should set up right guiding theory, insist on social needs, design scientifically according to information technology. We should also combine it with government organization restructuring, system, mechanism and approval system reform so as to improve e-government. |
