| 摘 要： | 通过调查海口市老年人锻炼时间、场所、动机、形式、项目、坚持性以及他们参加体育锻炼的强度、时间长短和频率，揭示了海口市老年人参加体育锻炼的现状及存在的问题并提出相应的建议，旨在为全民健身计划的顺利开展提供一定的理论依据。
