| 摘 要： | 普通高校高水平武术队的训练是一门专业性很强的技术，由于文化知识和专业水平的差异，对高水平运动员的训练和管理与普通在校大学生存在差异性。文章通过对高水平武术队员的学习和训练情况的分析，对高水平运动员的训练和管理做初步探讨，提出一些理论指导。

| Abstract: | The ordinary high-level team training in colleges and universities are a highly professional technology.Because of the difference of knowledge and special level in these teams, there ordinary undergraduates in training and management. Based on analyzing the are great difference between them and the training conditions in the high-level teams of Wushu, the paper does some effective studies on the high-level athletes teams in their training and management, puts forward some theoretical guidance. |
