| 摘 要： | 老龄化是中国社会未来几十年人口发展的一个主要趋势。作为服务大众的文化生活机构——图书馆,面临着来自老龄化的挑战。如何满足老年人的文化需求将是图书馆服务工作的一个重点。文章分析了老年读者的特点及其精神文化需求,以及图书馆如何转变服务理念以应对日趋严重的老龄化问题。

| Abstract: | Aging is a major trend of China’s society in the next few decades.Being the organizations of the popular cultural life of the public,all libraries are faced with challenges caused by aging problems.How to meet the cultural needs of the senior citizens will be a focus of the library services in the days to come.The paper makes an analysis of the characteristics of the older readers,their spiritual and cultural needs,and expounds the problems of how to transform the service concept of librarians to cope effectively with the growing aging trend. |
