| 摘 要： | 当代大学生新就业观的树立是市场经济发展的必然结果,是建设社会主义新农村的客观要求,是实现农业现代化、农村城镇化和城镇信息产业化的正确途径。当代大学生的新就业观从理论上要提高几个方面的认识,即选择新就业观的历史必然性;破除封建的陈旧腐败观念与传统就业观;懂得改变农业人口结构和提高人口质量的迫切性;认清建设新农村是新就业观的正确选择。

| Abstract: | Establishing new employment view of contemporary college students is an absolute result of market economy,is an object demand to construct socialist new village,also is a corret way to realize agricultural modernization,rural urbanization and urban informational industrialization.The new view should raise theoretical cognition in four respects:it is a historical absoluteness;eradicate old feudal ideas and traditional employment view;know the urgency to change the structure and quality of the population;recognize that to construct new village is a correct choice of new employment view.That is a systematic project,also is a deep rural social reform;needs not only the whole social staff to join in actively,but the support by governments of different levels. |
