| 摘 要： | 做好实验室工作，实验技术人员要具备良好的思想素质和业务素质，要有敬业奉献精神；实验室面向教师和学生，实验室人员要树立管理就是服务的思想；要制定严格的管理制度和完善的管理措施，能否充分发挥实验室人员的主观能动性是衡量实验室工作成败的关键。

| Abstract: | To manage laboratory well,a laboratory technician must have good ideological and vocational qualification,devoting more effort to doing his work.A laboratory should face towards teachers and students,and a laboratory technician must foster the thought that management is equal to service,laying down a series of strict regulations and perfect measures.It is a key to bring a laboratory technician's initiative into full play in weighing up his work success or failure. |
