浅析中学历史教学渗透心理健康教育的策略

摘    要:中学历史学科是对学生渗透心理健康教育的一门重要学科,历史教师在渗透心理健康教育过程中,一要在教学目的中明确心理健康教育的理念;二要在教学内容中充分挖掘心理健康教育的素材;三要在教学过程中优化心理健康教育的环境;四要把心理健康教育延伸到课堂之外。运用以上的策略可达到培养学生健康的心理素质的目的,让学生成长为真正的社会栋梁。

Abstract:The history discipline in middle school is an important one to infiltrate the mental health education into the students.In order to accomplish the purpose of raising the students' healthy mental quality and make them grow into the true social pillar,the following tactics must be adopted,such as expliciting the idea of mental health education in the teaching goal,fully dredging up the material of mental health education in the teaching content,optimizing the situation of mental health education in the teaching process and extending the mental health education to the outside of classroom.
