| 摘 要： | 本文从历史的角度考察传统工业生产环境管理的各种模式 ,结合现行工业生产技术 ,总结现代工业生产中环境管理模式正在由管制性环境管理向工业预防式管理模式变迁。在此基础上 ,探讨工业预防环境管理模式的理论基础、预防的层级框架、工业预防技术以及两种不同环境管理模式区别。针对资源耗费和环境的退化 ,现代工业生产应大力推广预防式的环境管理模式。最后文章探讨了推广预防式环境管理模式的动力和阻力

The change of environment management model in industrial production: industrial prevention |

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the change of environment management model in industrial production, from regulation to prevention. It discusses the essential principle, the form of prevention hierarchy, prevention technology, compares the economical character between regulation and prevention,advise the best way that improves environment management is industrial prevention in industrial production. Finally, it disscussed the dynamic and obstacle, which promotes prevention technology. |
