| Abstract: | Counselors are an important part of college teachers and management team.They are the life tutors and intimate friends of higher vocational college students for their healthy growth.Only by improving the professional quality of higher vocational counselors,can we enhance their effectiveness of talent training,which is an effective way to promote the reform of higher vocational education,ensure the quality of higher vocational personnel training,and cultivate high-quality specialized talents for the society and the country. |
