| 摘 要： | 大学生就业事关国家振兴、社会稳定和学校发展,随着就业形势日益严峻,如何指导大学生就业变得越来越重要.本文深入分析了目前的社会形势和用人单位对人才的需求条件,明确了大学生就业指导课程的必要性,并对如何做好大学生就业指导课程提出了一些实施方案,明确就业指导应贯穿于大学生活的各个阶段,不同阶段、不同年级的就业指导方向不同,详细提出了各阶段的指导内容.

| Abstract: | Students employment closely relate to the nation' develop,the society stability and the school develop.Along with the situation of employment is increasingly rigorous,how guide an university student to find jobs is becoming more and more important.This passage thoroughly analyze the situation of current society and employer's requirement towards students,clearly explain the necessity of course guide,put forward some implement projects,and the guide of employment should run through every stage.Different stages and different grades may have different direction of employment guide and put forward the instruction contents of each stage in detail. |
