| 摘 要： | 跨国公司面临的环境日趋复杂化，跨国公司在主动适应环境的变化过程中，其组织边界日益朝着模糊化的方向发展。本文探寻了跨国公司的组织边界模糊化的现象及其成因，并指出了这方面的研究在跨国公司理论、网络组织理论以及企业扩张理论方面的贡献。
