| 摘 要： | 以湖南省农业农村信息化建设实践为例,对三农的科技服务和信息服务需求与资讯获取手段、农村网络、电话、电视、计算机等信息基础设施现状,以及近期农业农村信息化发展的特点与方式进行了剖析,同时指出农业农村信息化是农业信息化和农村信息化的合称,两者既有区别,又相互交融,是相互促进与共同提高的关系,最后提出湖南农业农村信息化发展路径和发展对策。
