| 摘 要： | 企业组织通过加入知识链采取开放式创新战略,可以快速地培养核心竞争能力。基于知识链的开放式创新由于集成了不同知识主体的异质性知识资源,各创新主体知识共享,共担风险、共享收益,可以获得速度经济、规模经济与范围经济等广泛的经济优势,从而实现合作创新的价值增殖。基于知识链的开放式创新有基于平台的运行机制和基于技术标准推广的运行机制两种方式。
