| 摘 要： | 荒漠化问题是目前全球普遍关注的热点问题。青海省是全国荒漠化面积较大,荒漠化最严重的省份之一。如何根据实际情况搞好防沙治沙工作,遏制土地荒漠化,是摆在广大林业干部职工,特别是防沙治沙重点地区干部群众面前的首要工作。荒漠化治理要认真贯彻实施《防沙治沙法》,加大政府宏观调控力度,加强部门协调,大力宣传,认真开展荒漠化普查工作,建立和完善监测报告制度,增加科技投入,稳妥地发展沙产业,合理开发生态旅游业,利用大工程带动防沙治沙工作的大发展。

| Abstract: | At present desertification is a topical issue that draws the global attention. Qinghai is one of the provinces in China, Where there are a great amcunt of land seriously affected by desertification. The urgent task the forestry staff and workers, especially the cadres and masses in desertified areas are facing is how to curb desertification in the light of the local circumstances. Here is the way: earnestly carrying out the Law on Sand Control and Treatment; improving macro control; strengthening the coordination among government departments; widely publicizing the knowledge about desertification; seriously making a general survey of desertification; setting up and improving the monitoring and reporting system; increasing scientific inpnts; soundly promoting the sand industry; rationally developing eco - tourism; and making use of the national projects to accelerate sand control and treatment. |
