| 摘 要： | 目前,高职院校图书馆面临着馆藏资源匮乏、服务能力不足、专业群人才紧缺等问题。为适应国家职业教育改革需要,结合高职院校图书馆的主要职能,提出加强文献信息资源建设、建立文献信息服务体系、引入相关专业群人才等措施,以充分发挥其教育职能和信息服务职能,更好地为学校的人才培养、教学、科研做好服务辅助工作。

| Abstract: | At present,the libraries of vocational colleges and universities are facing problems such as lack of collection resources,insufficient service capabilities,and shortage of professional talents.In order to meet the needs of the national vocational education reform,combined with the main functions of the library of higher vocational colleges,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of literature and information resources,establish a literature information service system,and introduce relevant professional groups of talents,so as to give full play to its educational function and information service function,and better serve the school's talent training,teaching and scientific research. |
